Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers and future prospects. The Sales Manager’s main role is to manage a portfolio of existing customers, develop new business, and actively seek new sales opportunities. Responsibilities include managing sales pipeline, expanding company’s services to new markets, coordinate marketing and business development activities.


General Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

  • Develop trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

  • Promote company expertise and services to new clients

  • Pro-actively pursue new business and sales opportunities

  • Identify areas of improvement to existing clients

  • Possess deep knowledge of business offerings and value proposition

  • Expand market intelligence to drive business forward

  • Lead bidding, proposal writing, and negotiations stages

  • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets

  • Track and report on account status, sales pipeline, and revenue forecast

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to improve the entire customer experience

  • Work closely with project team to identify new business opportunities

  • Assist project team with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

  • Be a brand ambassador and demonstrate company values at all times

  • Demonstrate willingness to travel for short and long periods away from base


Education & Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering

  • Knowledge of the process industry standards, terminologies, and systems is a plus

  • Three (3) to five (5) years in account management or any sales business

  • Knowledge of the sales process with the ability to understand and interpret customer needs using fact-finding to identify sales opportunities

  • Must have basic knowledge and experience with the following software applications:

  • AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Bentley, AVEVA, Hexagon etc...

  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

  • Demonstrate an understanding of marketing strategies and activities


Competencies and Skills

  • Excellent English communication skills (Written and Verbal)

  • Strong presentation creation and delivery skills

  • Experience with CRM software is a plus

  • Demonstrate ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-Level.

  • Must be a quick rapport builder and relationship holder

  • Demonstrate willingness to travel for short and long period away from base

  • Creating and implementing a sales plan
