Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to manage technology implementations and engineering projects. You will work closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.
Project manager responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the project's progress. Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project.
General Responsibilities
Determine and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans and track progress.
Create and update the project timeline schedule.
Define tasks and required resources.
Manage and allocate project resources.
Prepare and manage project budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements.
Track and submit project deliverables and ensure that they adhere to quality standards.
Lead, support and motivate project team members.
Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
Measure project and team performance to identify areas for improvement.
Lead quality assurance.
Lead process of issue identification and resolution.
Monitor and report on project progress.
Manage project documentation.
Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
Manage the relationship with clients and stakeholders.
Perform engineering activities and consultancy.
Education & Experience
A bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering is a must.
Three to five years experience in project management.
Proven working experience in the information technology sector.
Knowledge of process industry is a plus.
Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
Theoretical and practical project management knowledge.
Knowledge of techniques and tools.
Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management.
Proficiency in project management software tools.
