We assure you a rewarding start to your professional career path. At ITCAN Solutions, fostering STEM talents is a key principle that is well demonstrated through our 3-month Internship period that guarantees an intellectually stimulating working-environment along with our young engineers.

Our Internship Programs

We aim to attract the best STEM talents, wherever they are, to join our team. We do it seriously and thus our Internship programs are paid.

When we say we’re committed to developing and keeping young talents, we mean it. More than 50% of our current team began their journey as interns.

Internships typically last for 3 months but are subject to extension if the intern is willing to demonstrate their value and work for the chance of a full-time employment.

The intern’s areas of focus will mainly be Data Handling and Analysis as well as Engineering Design Services. In addition to this, Interns will be assigned a buddy and will get to shadow our team on various client engagements.

We are so proud of supporting STEM talents and young graduates through our Internship Programs. We are constantly welcoming new interns as our projects are expanding.

Believe it or not, our interns contribute significantly to the success of our projects, and in return, they gain an incredible amount of experience.

It’s true that our interns join us with no extensive previous work experience, but what’s more important for us, is their will to learn and develop, personally and professionally.
