Possessing a substantial amount of unorganized and inconsistent data for every plant it owns and operates in old native formats (scanned PDF, AutoCAD and Excel) needed to come to an end. For a huge petrochemicals company, this is real struggle. In addition to that, data were scattered in many locations, which consumed a huge amount of time from its employees when searching for the data they need.
The Solution
To address this challenge, digitalization of its petrochemical plant, also known as creating a digital twin, was the solution.
